What is DPX?
DirectPay Express Prepaid Mastercard® is a program that allows you to open a bank account with a prepaid card attached to it, as well as the option to have up to 4 sub cards for family members, all managed through a throutfully designed mobile banking app.
What type of card is my DPX Card?
DirectPay Express Mastercard is a prepaid card that works just like a debit card, allowing you to access your money loaded into your DPX Account by making transactions at points of sales or through cash withdrawals.
Who can obtain a DPX Card?
Main account holders must be over 18 years old, have a social security number, valid ID, and a valid US address. Please note that a P.O. Box is not a valid US address. *Please note that in order to be approved, all your information must match.
How long does it take to get the card?
Your DirectPay Express Mastercard will be delivered by the US Postal Service and will arrive in 5-7 business days.
How can my family members obtain a subcard?
Subcards will be mailed to the main account holder who is responsible for sending them to the family members who will use them.
What are my account limits?
There is no minumum balance. The maximum balance is $9,999 USD at any given time. Please allow 1-2 full business days for an ACH or Direct Deposit to post to your DPX Account.
How do I sign up for a DPX Card?
It's easy to sign up! Just download DPX app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts on the screen to sign up. After you've been approved you will receive your card within 5-7 business days. Activate your new card directly on your DPX app. You are ready to load money on it and start using it! NOTE: Please do not use special characters when entering your name, as they wil be not accepted. Also any suffix such as Jr., Sr., II, or III should NOT be used.
How do I cancel or close my account?
In case you need to cancel/close your account, you must first withdraw, spend, or transfer the funds out of your DPX Account and leave it with a $0 balance. Once this has occured please contact DPX Customer Service and provide them with your email address, the last four digits of your card and the CVV 3-digit number on the back of your card. We will then close your account and cancel any and all cards associated your account.
How long after I load money at a Mastercard Repower location will the funds be available?
Money loaded onto your account at a MasterCard Repower center is available instantly. Please check the amount limits at each location.
How long does a deposit/transfer from another bank take to show up?
Please allow 1-2 full business days for an ACH or Direct Deposit to post to your DPX Account.
Where can I use my DPX Card?
The card may be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
What sets us apart?
Aside from direct deposit, and bank transfers, you can go to any Mastercard RePower location and add cash to your DPX Account. Please go to mastercardrepower.com to find their locations.
You can send funds to any DPX Account holder or sub card holder instantly for $0.99 per transaction.
Cash back at participating locations
You will be able to access cash back at any merchants that offers it.
When do transactions appear on your account?
All transactions will appear in your transation history after you use your DPX Card.
What are the fees?
If after a 6 month period your account has not had any activity, you account will be canceled. There is not a fee to close your account due inactivity.
It costs $9.95 to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card. Please contact customer service if you need your card replaced.

To send money to another DPX Account or to one of your sub cards, all you have to do is go to the DPX app and select the Send Money option. *Fees Apply
ATM withdrawal fee and indications
To withdraw from an ATM costs $2.99. You can also withdraw with select merchants that do cash-back at no cost.
Will I be overcharged if I don't have enough funds in my account?
No, if you do not have enough funds in your account to cover a transaction, the transaction will be denied and you will not inccur an overcharge fee.

How can I contact Customer Service?
You can contact us through our directpayexpress.com chat OR through the chat function of the DPX app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play. A Customer Service Agent will be happy to assist you from Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST. If you contact us after hours, you will receive an email with our response once we are back online.
What to do if my card is stolen/lost or shows unrecognized charges
Please contact DPX Cusotmer Care right away through our chats. If it occurs outside of our operating hours please email with your name and last four digits of your card and we will block your stolen/lost card and reissue you a new one right away. Note that you are also able to report a lost or stolen card directly in the DPX app.
Have you moved recently?
Please make sure your new address matches the one on your official ID. If you are having trouble getting approved, and you think this may be a reason, please contact customer service with your address change.
We offer sub cards for up to 4 family members without KYC approval
It's very easy to load funds into your card
The main Account holder can add up to 4 sub cards off their main account for family. You can do this on "My Cards" screen in your DPX Account. You will then add the name of the family member you want on the card and create a seperate login details for them to access thier account. The sub card holder will only be able to access funds in their account that the main account holder adds to their account. The sub card user does not need to go through KYC. Once you add a sub card the card will be sent to the address of the main account holder for them to give to the sub card holder.
